Cushman & Wakefield plc is a global commercial real estate services firm. The company's headquarters is located in Chicago, Illinois. Cushman & Wakefield is among the world's largest commercial real estate services firms, with revenues of US$8.8 billion in 2019. The company operates from approximately 400 offices in 60 countries, has around 53,000 employees and manages about 3.6 billion square feet of commercial space.

A recycling technician mentioned, "Cushman & Wakefield is by far the worst company to work for. They do not appreciate their employees. They take your vacation days and don't allow you to use them when you want to. Management sucks period. Management jobs are handed to people that should not be in management."

But apparently he is not the only one complaining about the company. Another former employee said "More knowledgeable individuals doing the interviews. Most are not qualified to evaluate a candidate's ability to do their job" and even worse it seems that the company also is racist as a former employee shared in "No leadership. Just slave drives, yes they are racist. The 4 white people in the office use the N-word when talking about other employees. The admin flirts her way out of trouble. Money is not worth it. No one deserves to be treated the way they treat their employees.

"Everywhere I have worked there is always at least two people (3 counting myself) who have worked there and loved it at first. Then once they (and myself) get to know the management and the politics that come with it, they quickly grow to hate both their job and the company. It's NOT a welcoming enviroment and I DO NOT recommend it."

They treated their workers like robots, often making us over work without compensation. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. "Small office with gossip and back stabbing each other just to get ahead. Manager constantly throws you under the bus then lies and says it was your fault to HR and senior managers. Cons: Micromanaging, backstabbing, small office gossip, health insurance is the worst, pay is bad, no growth within company, HR will not help you and rarely do they call you back, answer phone or reply to email"

"Was terminated, called twice to see why no answer. In my opinion they terminated me because they did not want to train me. I was put onto the computer expected to know how to make contracts and leases with no prior experience and they knew when they hired that I had no experience I believe I got fired because they just did not waste their time training. Didn’t properly train Until a month into the job. But if you have no prior experience in this line of work I don’t even try to apply, they don’t even care about training"

"This company provides alot of promise and no potential unless you are a favorite. If you are a favorite you can get by with anything you want and show up for work or leave whenever you want. They don't even have the decency to their employees when letting them go as they will call you on the phone and let you know that you have been fired. How much respect does that show, you are just an object nothing more. Cons: They are heartless as employers and work you for every bit of strength you have"
