Cushman & Wakefield Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Cushman & Wakefield plc is a global commercial real estate services firm. The company's headquarters is located in Chicago, Illinois. Cushman & Wakefield is among the world's largest commercial real estate services firms, with revenues of US$8.8 billion in 2019. The company operates from approximately 400 offices in 60 countries, has around 53,000 employees and manages about 3.6 billion square feet of commercial space.
A recycling technician mentioned, "Cushman & Wakefield is by far the worst company to work for. They do not appreciate their employees. They take your vacation days and don't allow you to use them when you want to. Management sucks period. Management jobs are handed to people that should not be in management."
But apparently he is not the only one complaining about the company. Another former employee said "More knowledgeable individuals doing the interviews. Most are not qualified to evaluate a candidate's ability to do their job" and even worse it seems that the company also is racist as a former employee shared in Indeed.com "No leadership. Just slave drives, yes they are racist. The 4 white people in the office use the N-word when talking about other employees. The admin flirts her way out of trouble. Money is not worth it. No one deserves to be treated the way they treat their employees.

Former Employee - Manager says"I worked at Cushman & Wakefield full-time for more than a year Cons: Titles do not align with salaries and you will diminish your resume if you accept a position under your title. Favoritism is rampant and Senior Leaders are not objective . Their HR and Senior leadership is aware they have issues but rely on the Leaders with the biggest issues to fix their teams. It takes a secure ego to be objective and provide feedback where necessary. However, the pets get away with being disrespectful, rude, and catty. Most high schoolers act more mature than some of the employees here. Run........"

Didn’t properly train Until a month into the job. But if you have no prior experience in this line of work I don’t even try to apply, they don’t even care about training"
